Our specialty clinical pharmacist can help by:
-Providing information about your treatment and how to use it
-Answering questions about your disease or treatment
-Working with you on avoiding or managing any side affects you may encounter during treatment
-Working with your doctor to obtain your prescriptions and assist with the management of your treatment

In addition to helping you with your specialty medications, our Patient care coordinators (PCC) can assist with insurance billing for your specialty medicines. Every patient enrolled in the Specialty Pharmacy has access to a PCC free of charge.

Your PCC works closely with pharmacists and your providers office to help answer your billing questions, get insurance information, conduct a prior authorization, and streamline the shipment process. In addition, your PCC can also identify if you qualify for help paying for medications. Please tell your PCC if you have any insurance changes.

How to Contact Your PCC
Contact your specialty pharmacy during business hours Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm to speak with a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist or Patient Care Coordinator at (877)-883-1392
